Lilli is McKinsey’s enterprise GenAI knowledge assistant, built to help consultants turn the firm’s research, experts, data, and proprietary assets into clear, client-ready insights. Before Lilli, critical knowledge was scattered across many systems, making it slow and frustrating to find what mattered, especially under tight timelines or when teams didn’t know where to start.
I built Lilli from scratch, taking it quickly from 0 to 1 and scaling it into a platform used across the entire firm and in client builds. As Lead Product Designer, I defined the product vision and designed the core conversational experience across web, mobile, and the PowerPoint plugin, partnering closely with product, engineering, and legal/risk teams to create trusted, practical AI workflows that fit how consultants actually work. Today, Lilli is used by tens of thousands of colleagues globally and has fundamentally changed how teams access and reuse knowledge.

Nerve Center is a self-service analytics and decision-making platform for pharma sales and marketing teams, built to bring advanced analytics closer to everyday business decisions. Pharma organizations had invested heavily in data science, but insights were slow to deploy, hard for non-technical users to access, and often failed to drive action at scale.
As the sole designer, I led user research, designed and prototyped the end-to-end experience across all core modules, and partnered closely with engineers and data scientists through implementation. I also supported client demos and live builds, helping take the platform from concept to production. Nerve Center was used across multiple pharma client engagements, supported 20+ client demos, and contributed to meaningful time and cost savings by enabling faster decisions and reducing manual analytics workflows.

Meetings are where most consulting work happens, but the insights, decisions, and follow-ups often get lost in transcripts, notes, or memory. This work focuses on using AI-powered transcription and contextual understanding to turn live conversations into tailored summaries, insights, and next steps that reflect the study and client context, not generic meeting notes.
I partnered closely with engineers to design and build the experience end to end, including vibe-coding the front end and key interaction flows. Research agents run in the background during meetings, surfacing relevant context as soon as the meeting ends, and triggering actions like drafting emails, creating to-do lists, or scheduling next steps & meetings. By collapsing transcription, synthesis, and action into a single flow, the experience helped teams move faster from conversation to insight and reduce time to impact.
